False ceilings, bulkheads and decorative cladding are edited out of the plan. What stays is proportion: the height of a room, the depth of a reveal, the line where wall meets floor.
Micro-cement, honed grey andesite, lime-wash plaster and oak. Lime-wash breathes with the humidity instead of trapping it, ageing well in the tropical heat.

We meet at your residence to walk through each space together, understanding how the home is lived in and identifying what should remain, be refined or be reimagined.
90 minutesA measured survey of existing spaces, services and finishes, identifying any conditions that may require further assessment before works commence.
1–2 weeksFollowing the survey, we present the proposed scope, professional fee and project programme. Concept development begins once the scope is confirmed and the initial deposit is received.
A few daysPlans, elevations and 3D studies of the key spaces, supported by a curated material, colour and finish palette with selected physical samples.
3–5 weeksRefined layouts, joinery details and full material specifications, followed by a consolidated proposal and project programme.
3–4 weeksWe coordinate the sourcing, procurement and implementation of the approved design, working closely with suppliers and specialist trades to bring the project together. Orders, lead times, finishes and key works are coordinated throughout the project.
Throughout the projectA final review and snagging walkthrough to identify outstanding items, followed by a handover walkthrough and a care guide for the home's finishes and selected furnishings.
